1. Subscription Purchases
All subscription payments made through Google Play or Apple App Store follow their respective refund rules.
We do not process refunds directly for store-managed subscriptions.
2. When Refunds Are Allowed
- Duplicate payments for the same service period.
- Technical issues on our end preventing subscription usage (verified by support).
3. When Refunds Are Not Allowed
- Change of mind after subscription activation.
- Misuse of the platform or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
